A couple of weeks ago we invited some of our good friends over for a cook out and to sit around our fire pit. We always have so much fun with the Peterson's. Our kids love to play with their kids. We grilled some burgers and hot dogs even had a few brats. It is so much fun to hang out and have adult conversation. It was pretty chilly so the fire felt very good. Earlier that day Charlie built me some steps for my backdoor. It has been such a pain not having them. Any time we had a cookout we had to hand things out the door or carry every thing around. I am such a happy camper. The kids had so much fun playing on them you would have thought it was Christmas. We had to kick them off and tell them they weren't toys. I really enjoy having people over so don't be surprised if you get an invitation.
